Start with the angles.
Then select the table.
Match your indexing positions, machine layout and workpiece load before requesting a model recommendation.

Two series. Start with your installation.
MINC series
Explore the MINC model range, then confirm the selected model’s indexing increment, mounting and load conditions.
HINC series
Compare the HINC options for your machining layout. Submit the model, workpiece drawing and required indexing sequence for review.

MINC Series: Check Installation Orientation
For applications requiring a circular worktable, review the MINC model pages above. The MINC-255 product information lists vertical and horizontal applications, hydraulic clamping and 1° or 5° indexing options. Confirm the installation drawing, orientation-specific load limits and indexing configuration for the exact model you select.
HINC Series CNC Index Tables
Review the HINC series for horizontal machining applications requiring a square worktable and hydraulic clamping. Start with the workpiece and fixture footprint, then check installation height, mounting dimensions, indexing configuration and the published force or moment limits for the selected model. For example, the HINC-400S product page lists a 400 × 400 mm worktable; larger model options are linked above.
Do your positions fit a 1° or 5° grid?
Use the grid specified for your candidate model. This checks angular divisibility only; it does not establish positioning accuracy, load capacity or machine compatibility.

Turn your check into a useful inquiry

Can an index table replace a continuously controlled rotary axis?
Do not assume this. Confirm whether your machining needs discrete indexing positions or continuous interpolation, then verify the candidate model and machine control requirements.
Does a passing angle check confirm a suitable model?
No. It only checks whether the angles lie on a mathematical grid. Indexing increment availability, accuracy, load, clamping, mounting and controls require model-specific verification.
Which information should I send first?
Your machine model, required angles, installation orientation, and combined workpiece/fixture weight and dimensions. Add a drawing if available.
