We aim to provide an initial response within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry. A technical recommendation or quotation may require additional information and supplier confirmation.

How We Support Your Purchase

1. Application and Technical Confirmation

Send your machine and controller model, workpiece dimensions, combined workpiece and fixture weight, required motion, angles and cutting requirements. We coordinate available specifications and drawings with the supplier. Machine integration requirements are confirmed before order acceptance.

2. Inspection Coordination

We can arrange inspection against a written checklist agreed before the order. Inspection scope, measurements, reports and any third-party charges are confirmed in the quotation. Inspection does not replace machine installation or application validation.

Before ordering, use the pre-shipment inspection, packing and shipping checklist to agree the evidence, service scope, costs and timing required for your order.

3. Packaging and Shipping Coordination

We coordinate packing requirements and transport arrangements. Packing, freight, insurance, delivery terms and import responsibilities are stated in the quotation. Photographs or records of the agreed pre-shipment checks can be arranged.

4. After-Sales Coordination

Contact ROTIVEX with the model, serial number, fault description, photographs or video and operating conditions. We coordinate remote diagnosis and the agreed remedy with the supplier. Please obtain written instructions before dismantling the unit or commissioning third-party repairs.

Clear Order Responsibilities

Your quotation and order documents identify the contracting seller, the agreed product configuration, inspection scope, delivery terms and warranty provider. ROTIVEX acts as your procurement coordination contact; product manufacturing and technical specifications are confirmed with the relevant supplier.

Dispatch for Priority Models

MRNC-255 / MRNC-255N, MRNC-320 / MRNC-320N, TRNC-255A, TRNC-255B and TRNC-321 are dispatched within 10 working days after receipt of the agreed payment and confirmation of the technical configuration. This is the dispatch period from origin; transit, customs clearance and delivery to the buyer are additional. Delivery timing for other products is confirmed separately.

Warranty and Service Costs

Our standard is a 12-month limited warranty from the dispatch date for confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use and maintenance. The contracting seller and supplier-backed coverage are stated in the quotation before purchase.

For an approved warranty claim, the contracting seller covers repair or replacement of defective parts and standard outbound shipping of replacement parts. Remote troubleshooting and technical guidance are provided without a service charge.

Local removal, installation and commissioning labor, import clearance, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Expedited shipping requested by the buyer is charged at the additional cost. On-site technician labor, travel, visas and accommodation require a separate written quotation and buyer approval.

If a factory return is necessary, the return authorization, repair scope and freight allocation are agreed in writing before shipment. Damage caused by misuse, collision, overload, incorrect wiring, improper maintenance or unauthorized modification is outside standard coverage; normal wear is also excluded. These exclusions do not exclude a confirmed manufacturing defect merely because a component is a wear part.

Wrong models, missing agreed items or a delivered configuration that does not match the accepted order are handled as delivery non-conformities, rather than charged warranty service.
